The UP College of Science Student Council, in celebration of the 30 years of the College of Science, will be holding a military-themed fun run on February 23, 2014 as the culminating event of this year's CS Week 2014.

Event title: OVERRUN 2014: The College of Science Fun Run
DATE: February 23 (Sunday)
TIME: 5:00AM - 8:00AM
LOCATION: UP Diliman National Science Complex (along College of Science Oval)
Race Details:
          o 2.5k and 5k
          o Php 300 (for 2.5k) and Php 450 (for 5k) registration fee,
All registered runners will receive the following:
          o Singlet
          o Race Bib, RFID Timing Chip
          o Loot Bags with freebies from sponsors and exclusive OVERRUN 2014 Merchandise

I acknowledge that OVERRUN is a road race consisting of several kilometers, which event is and is expected to be, physically challenging to all participants. My participation in the OVERRUN is voluntary and is done at my own risk. In consideration of your acceptance of my entry, I, the undersigned, intending to be legally bound hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrator and assigns, hereby waive, release and forever discharge the UP DILIMAN COLLEGE OF SCIENCE STUDENT COUNCIL, their directors/trustees, officers, stockholders/members, employees and representatives, as well as the Race Director and his team, and all sponsors of OVERRUN (collectively the “Run Organizers”) against any and all demands, claims, suits, actions, liabilities, in connection with or arising from my participation in OVERRUN, including but not limited to my physical/medical condition and safety, such as any injury, including death, occurring during the said Run. I hereby attest, represent and warrant that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained for OVERRUN and its physical challenges. I understand and agree that medical or other services given or rendered to me by or at the instance of the Run Organizers shall not be considered an admission of any liability of the Run Organizers or an obligation to provide or continue to provide any such services. I hereby grant full permission to UP CSSC and to use any photographs, video materials, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of the event for any legitimate purpose. (Note: It is assumed that if you are below 18 years old you have received consent from your guardian/parent)
