Generally this will be a board member, but it's okay to say "no one" and we'll get it front of the right person.

Who is the point-person for the event? *

This can be you, and it doesn't have to be a board member. However, all events need a single person involved in the event's organization, with whom the buck stops.

Who else is co-organizing the event? *

These are the other people making the event happen, who are not the point-person. This can be no one, one person, or several people.
