    (not bad for this being my 362nd post in here)
    thanks everyone!


    this log was started at the end of November 2010,
    which means i have been working out, 5 times a week for the last 3 months
    (no vacation, even though im sorely in need of one)


    everyone knows who i am...
    but since a new crew is coming on board, ill share a little more about myself



    when i was starting high school i weighed close to 300lbs
    so ive definitely come a long way in the world of fitness
    (after a shoulder injury took me out of sports, i ran myself down to 200lbs with a 31" waist)



    i do financial counceling (budget-orientated) which means
    i work with people to decrease debt and increase personal worth



    i also practice green living which means i recycle, conserve water,
    drive a gas-efficient car and do some of the other things that help our planet



    so again, i thank everyone for their time and appreciate all the response ive gotten
