The Texas Region, SCCA presents a National and a Regional SCCA Rally ending at Texas Motor Speedway north of Ft. Worth for the Sunburn Grand Prix Road Races.
The Rally to the Race
This rally may be entered as a Regional SCCA RoadRally, or as a National SCCA RoadRally, for different fees. Those entering the rally as a Regional will get points in both the Texas Region SCCA Regional Championship RoadRally Series, and the National SCCA RoadRally Championship. Those entering the rally as a National will get double points in both series. See the General Instructions for details on eligibility for both series points.

The end of the rally course will be in the “Clubhouse” just outside Gate 8 at Texas Motor Speedway in
Entry fee for the Regional: $20 per car for SCCA members, and $30 for non-members. Entry fee for the National: $40 per car for SCCA members, and $50 for non-members. Note: there is a $5 late-fee for all those who do not register online or by mail. To enter by mail, contact rally@texasscca.org.

The rally course covers about 200 miles of scenic
The Rally to the Race is event #2 in the SCCA Regional Championship RoadRally Series.
Please join us for a day of driving fun, whether you drive a family car, a sports car, or a vintage car! Then plan a late afternoon (or a whole weekend) at Texas Motor Speedway for the road races, and the Pate Swap Meet.
This rally is a full National GTA Rally, sanctioned by SCCA, and a part of the National SCCA RoadRally Championship, sanction number 2010-NGTA-41-03. It also may be entered as a Regional GTA Rally, sanction 2010-RGTA-41-03.
Event requirements
There must be at least 2 people in every rally car. The driver must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance. The car must be in good mechanical condition. If one of the rally car occupants is a minor (under 18 years old), that person must have an SCCA "Minor Release" signed by both parents in the presence of either the rally registrar or a Notary Public. The form is available from rally@texasscca.org, or at registration.
Membership in SCCA is not required to enter. Membership is required by October 15 for National points to be counted towards the 2010 national championship.
