In order to reserve a YARD SALE space for the Community Yard Sale being held at and benefitting St. John the Baptist Catholic School on Saturday, September 18th, 2021 (with a rain date of 9/25/21), complete this registration form/waiver, sign and submit this form AND $15 per INDOOR yard sale space(limited- first come- first served), $20 per INDOOR VENDOR yard sale space(limited- first come- first served), $10 per OUTDOOR Yard Sale space, $15 per OUTDOOR Vendor space requested ASAP to reserve your spot. IF paying by credit card, you need to add $1.50 to your total.

Section 1 - Please read below and answer the following questions:

Waiver and Release I/We, the undersigned, to the fullest extent allowed by law, waive any right that I/we may at any time have to recover from ST. JOHN THE BAPTIST CATHOLIC SCHOOL AND CHURCH for any property damage or personal injury sustained or incurred as a result of or in connection with our participation in the community yard sale on property owned by ST. JOHN THE BAPTIST CATHOLIC SCHOOL AND CHURCH. I/We acknowledge that ST. JOHN THE BAPTIST CATHOLIC SCHOOL AND CHURCH assumes no responsibility for our personal property in connection with the yard sale and that we are voluntarily participating in it. This Waiver and Release is intended to and does cover damages of every kind and nature, whether in the nature of personal injury, property damage, and theft and from whatever source arising, including acts of God and all matters beyond the control of ST. JOHN THE BAPTIST CATHOLIC SCHOOL AND CHURCH. Event runs from 8am-2pm, setup as early as 6:30am. No electric service is provided. I understand that I am responsible for: • Checking in no later than 7:00a.m. on Saturday, 9/18/21, otherwise my spot may be reassigned. • Providing tables for display. • Seating options for my party (chairs, stools, tents, etc.). • Supervising my items. • Maintaining sales of my items. • Providing change for my sales. • Supervising any children I bring. • I am not permitted to sell food/beverages at this event • Cleaning my space within a reasonable time (ONE hour) after the close of the sale.

Price includes 1 parking spot space outside OR 1- 10x10 indoor space (first come-first serve). You may keep your car parked in your space or you can move your car after you are set up before 8am • ONLY 1 VENDOR from each company. You will be notified if we already have a vendor from your company • Fees are non-refundable. NO REFUNDS for Inclement weather. There is a RAIN DATE for this event, 9/25/21. The event will be held on 9/18/21, if there is a weather event, you will be contacted that it will be postponed to the RAIN DATE of 9/25/21. IF you are not able to attend the RAIN DATE then please accept our sincerest Thank You for your donation to the St. John the Baptist Catholic School. • Proceeds from space fee will benefit St. John the Baptist Catholic School.

Constitution Ave., New Freedom, PA 17349 or they can be dropped off in the drop box right outside the school doors. Please write YARD SALE on the memo line. If paying by credit card, There will be a $1.50 surcharge added.
