This year at St. John’s we’re offering an opportunity in the midst of Advent to slow down and spend some quiet time in prayer, meditation, and conversation. Sister Ann Walters from the Grand Rapids Dominicans will be leading an Advent Quiet Day on Saturday, December 14, from 9:30am to 4:15pm. Breakfast snacks and lunch will be included for those who register to attend. Please register no later than Sunday, December 8, 2013.

THIS EVENT IS OPEN TO THE COMMUNITY~ Anyone who is interested is welcome to register to attend!

9:30am ~ Morning Prayer
10:00am ~ Welcome (Coffee & Bagels)
10:15am ~ Input, Reflection, Sharing
11:30am ~ Holy Eucharist (Feast of St. John of the Cross)
12:00pm ~ Lunch (soup & sandwiches)
4:00pm ~ Evening Prayer

There is a suggested donation of $25 to help cover the costs for the day. *

The suggested donation will not be a problem for me to pay.

I would like to request a scholarship to cover costs.
