The Conservative District Council has announced they are closing their advice service at the Guildhall, Sandwich.

This loss of the only face-to-face office in the area will leave elderly people and others unable to access essential services such as advice on benefits or even simple things like buying parking permits.

We the undersigned call on DDC to revise their decision and we call on Sandwich Town Council to proactively explore alternative funding options to keep this service open.
