The Senior University Program, founded 1997, is a community of adults coming together in a stimulating, supportive and intellectual environment. Research, integrated healthcare and sports programs are based on personal interests and designed for enjoyment, health, intellectual stimulation, and physical activity. Natural therapeutics are offered to find balance in physical, mental, behavioral and emotional health. All individual sessions and classes are in an atmosphere specifically designed to respect and enrich the experience and values of senior lifelong learners, clients and patients. With our state-of-the-art technology we can assess a spectrum of biomarkers for optimum health and wellness. (Snowbirds stay tuned, we are moving to Sedona).
