- Reviewed in the United States on October 24, 2023Format: PaperbackVerified PurchaseI love Jane Kelly’s mystery novels, but had only read the Meg Daniels series till now. Here we have a different sleuth investigating a cold case In Philadelphia that dates from 1964. In addition to the intriguing plot & interesting characters, the story takes place against the backdrop of the Phillies 1964 pennant race collapse. As always, a lively read that will keep you guessing.
- Reviewed in the United States on April 25, 2023Format: KindleVerified PurchaseI liked that as more details were learned, it became obvious that there were even more details yet to learn. Kind of like pealing an onion. The book not only held my interest, it made me more & more interested.

- Reviewed in the United States on September 5, 2015Format: KindleIn Swoon '64, author Jane Kelly introduces a new detective (Tracy Shaw) and a new mystery series (Writing in Time). Readers of the Meg Daniels series will definitely enjoy Kelly's new book set in her hometown of Philadelphia. Academic and amateur sleuth Tracy Shaw investigates and solves the 1964 murder of a young boy. Along the way, we are introduced to Alex, friend and roommate; quirky Aunt Julia; and the mysterious Marcus who never seems able to keep a date with Tracy. Readers can count on the humor, interesting characters, and the twists and turns of plot, typical of Kelly's earlier books.
I'm looking forward to reading the next book in this series and joining Tracy on a new adventure with Alex, Aunt Julia and the mysterious Marcus.
