It's time for the FREE annual spring retreat "For TALS by TALS" learning event--an opportunity provided to our TALS members! This year, the TALS Board is providing this opportunity for a very limited number of spots in-person! We will also have a virtual panel discussion portion for those who do not attend in-person.

Intended Participants: The World Language lead for your district/school; one per district

Eligibility: Must be a TALS member, with priority given to those who are NEW to their role (1st and 2nd year given priority; up to 3rd year for any additional spaces)

Topic/Format: All- day event. Half-day professional learning to support your role as the new World Language supervisors for your district/school (morning) and half-day development of product or guide to support new TX LOTE supervisors (afternoon)

Date: Friday, April 23 (9:30am - 4:30pm)

Social Distancing: Masks required; 6 ft of separation when gathered for more than 15 minutes

Location: Spicewood, TX (Hill Country)
