We regret that we have very limited seats available to the general public for the physical convention in November as we must comply with COVID-19 safe distancing requirements.

For this reason, we will be allocating seats by ballot, as demand for tickets is expected to be strong.

Please note the following conditions when you submit your Expression of Intent application (link below) to buy these tickets for the physical convention:

1. Seats will be sold in pairs - i.e. two tickets per application - in order to optimise the sitting plan in the SCCC’s auditorium.
2. Your “partner” must be known to you and also be at least 18 years of age.
3. Applications for a single seat or more than two seats will be rejected.
4. Multiple applications will also be rejected.
5. Please complete the Google Form in the link below and submit it by midnight, Wednesday, 25 August 2021, for the ballot.
6. Successful applicants will be informed by TPAS through email, within a week, of arrangements to obtain their tickets from SISTIC.
7. Those unsuccessful in the ballot are encouraged to join the virtual convention when these tickets become available directly through SISTIC.
8. The above arrangements are made on a best efforts basis and are subject to the government’s on-going Safe Management Measures.

The price of each ticket for the physical convention is $120.00 nett (inclusive of SISTIC’s booking fee of $3.00).

Tickets for the virtual convention will be launched directly through SISTIC after we have completed the ballot for the physical convention. We are scheduling this launch to be at the end of August or early September. We ask for your understanding and patience.
