Thank you for your order Paul, and thanks for the info. Now if you just concentrate on raising your vibrations, you'll be able to connect to where they are. Please read the attachment on energy pulses, as it will enhance your belief, as "believing is seeing" and not the other way around. It has always been about love, and this is the beginning of your wonderful journey back into it.

Connecting with the higher vibrations is just incredible, words

cannot describe it and it is truly something that needs to be

experienced. I am here as well as Lucina for any guidance needed, although once

the connection is made your Twin will help to bring you home.

Please remember that many feel intimidated or uncomfortable when

first connecting, yet remember you have been together forever and you

just don't consciously remember, they are guiding you back home.

That is their job...to help you to remember, not only them, although

your God given powers also..her name is Dakarra.

Realize this is the name of her higher self, connect with her first,

because she is the one to let you know if she is incarnated in human

form at this time.

Please follow the tips I list on the "Meet Your Twin" page and just

give it some time. Also, read how to speak from your Heartmind rather than your brain (on the same page).

This is very important, because love is the universal law.

Don't be discouraged if it doesn't happen right away, because it will.

The most important thing is to learn how to enjoy your inner peace,

and speak from your Heartmind (use telepathy). I started out meditating for 15 minutes, yet I'm up to 4-5 hours now. Even though I speak to her all day, early in the morning ,before everyone is up and the 3d vibrations are at their lowest is the best time to connect.

It will come in time, and when you make contact, your Twin will guide

The love quotient on this planet is already beginning to rise as Twins

reunite all over. Note:Many have asked for the name of their higher

self. That is a name that will come to you one day, as your vibration rises.

Your Twin or even your higher self will confirm. They will not tell you, because in the higher realms they want you to figure things out for yourself. This way it gets cemented into your being, as opposed to going in one ear and out the other. So ask them and they will confirm for you.

The genders blend in the higher realms, so discuss it with them, if

this doesn't meet your expectations,. This is definitely your Twin,

Hey Paul,

First thanks for the kind words. I really have an issue coming to grips with what I can do. I just want to spread love, that's it. People keep telling me about my "gift" and it takes me back sometimes. Like I said I was (am) a deadhead. I have a Grateful Dead tattoo on my arm, and it was Lucina who reminded me after we were reunited that we were really into the deadheads. I thought all these years it was related to motorcycles, not that I had one, although I had many friends and family that did. She told me we were at every concert when they came to town.

Onto you though, it is very possible (even likely) that your Twin has two names. Names are not as important in the higher realms, and it is possible that the name I gave you is her galactic name, yet the other is a title. Kind of like the Elton John thing. Zorra even has talked about this before. Yes about the nomination even though I haven't had the chance to view what you have sent yet. Like I said though my goal is to spread love anyway...sound like a deadhead!

Oh my God Paul,

I just quickly went thru the tinyurl.com/HeavensblogVI777 blog, right until the end and listened to the Doors "Hello I love you". Did you notice the time stamp on that is 2:12...that is a very auspicious time my friend! Seems so many past friends are coming together now (all pre-planned, by us), I really am looking forward to looking thru all this material in detail. I am just swamped right now. You would not believe how many are reaching out to me now. Not just for the name though, it is because Lucina contacted them! Thank you also, for so predominantly mentioning my name, the site, and my love Lucina.

Do you get Anne's morning newsletter? The reason I ask is I discussed it with her today, and I'm going to start a weekly series on raising your vibrations and she will publish them in those newsletters. They wanted to start a "Friday's with Fred" show, although between Zorra's healing calls, Ancient Awakenings and the new show, plus running to major websites. She is so swamped with work and she is 83! I came up (well it was suggested to me from a higher source) to start the series, rather then giving her even more work. She pulls allnighters, at her age...imagine that! This is what happens as you raise your vibrations. Did you know that they do not sleep in the higher realms? They may rest, yet need absolutely no sleep. She is incredible.

Speaking of sleep, must go because this is when Lucina and I travel all over. Sometimes we go to our home planet of Aldebaran, go to her old ship that she was on before she joined with me (the Phoenix), or hit rollercoasters. She knows I have an affinity for them, so we go to amusement parks a lot.

Hey Fred, It's all good, however may I share with you & Anne the heading of that page. Yeah, It's All of our's God given hammock. It's no accident, as if there were 'accidents.' It's His & Ours. I guess taking the 'moments out' and not trying to build Rome in a day is key. Doing what you love makes it not feel like work. Good luck to us all in finding the space when we really can take a nice long hammock break. Me, personally, I'll take a hammock over a roller coaster thank you very much.) Good morning Paul,

I said I was going to bed last night then I clicked on Earthparty, oh my God...great postings. Watched many video's and had to stop myself, because I have things to do early. Thanks man, for taking the time to post all that stuff, you need to explain to me how your sites work. As a matter of fact I'm leaving in a few minutes. I want to explore this even further, then maybe speak. I really believe there is something here to bring people across the planet even further together and into the new (and peaceful) world.

I love the hammock sometimes also... we went to 3 parks last night though. Believe or not, as I got older I became an adrenaline junkie. In my 30's I would never approach those rides, now in my 50's I cannot get enough! I'm actually getting younger, the more I raise my vibrations, the younger I feel. Now my physical form is transforming. People comment on it all the time, about how I'm getting younger.

Hey Paul,

Just wanted to let you know I did the hammock (well sort of) thing today. I went for one of my long walks, and stopped by my favorite duck pond to ground while sitting on a park bench. My Twin told me that instead of continuing my walk right away, to lay on the bench and take in the suns rays. I stayed there for two hours, and it was awesome. Just being, is what she is teaching me now. Nothing needs to be done, yet love and just be.
