PLEASE REGISTER, NO MATTER WHAT! 
Attend as many of the events on the weekend as you like! HOWEVER, even though many of the events are free, we respectfully ask that you let us know if you and any guest(s) are coming by registering using the online registration link at the bottom of this page, even if you said you were going on Facebook. The online registration form allows you to sign up yourself and your guest(s) for everything you plan to attend, even if it's free. This helps us plan for food and drink. Thanks!

Some events - like the Parking Lot Party events at the Toledo Club -  are only free if you register. This event is open to the public also, but for $15. It's free to you ONLY IF you RSVP here. You can then pick up your tickets at BERNIE'S BASH or at the door, but you have to RSVP in advance.

Register TODAY even if you are not able to pay today. If you plan to pay now by credit card, select the "Pay with PayPal or Credit Card" option. All major cards are accepted. HOWEVER, if you plan to pay LATER by check, select Pay By Check. This will allow you to register now and pay later.

WHAT'S HAPPENING & WHEN
FRIDAY, September 19, 2014

BERNIE'S BASH!   |    4-7pm   |   The Center for Performing Arts
Department founder and former department chair, Bernie Coyne, gets things started with a warm, welcoming reception/mixer at the CPA. Get checked in, get your tickets for the events you registered for and enjoy some FREE nosh compliments of Bernie - who assures everyone he will be in attendance! Cash bar available. RSVP required.

FREE UT shuttle will transport you to the Toledo Club & back. You can also opt to ride-share with others in the group. Up to you. Indicate your preferences when you register. The shuttle leaves The Toledo Club at 10pm for UT. Plan accordingly.

EVENING PARTY  - LOTS OF GREAT STUFF!    |    Till 12am    |    The Toledo Club 
The party moves to the Toledo Club for your choice of several events. Register for the Friday EVENING PARTY, then choose what to do when you get there.

PARKING LOT PARTY featuring country-rock and rhythm and blues band Mustang Sally, UT film student animation work to be shown during the concert.
JAZZ IN THE RED ROOM For those in the mood for something a little smoother, there's jazz provided by local musicians Candice Coleman (American Idol semifinalist!) & Chris Brown. 
(Admission to Friday events at the Toledo Club is FREE only if you RSVP!)

SATURDAY, September 20, 2014

"HISTORICAL" WALKING TOURS OF THE CPA 10am - Noon 
Installation exhibits of photos, posters, programs, memorabilia, costumes and more -  from current, recent and historical productions - lots to see!!! Led by our student tour guides. FREE

CABARET IN THE AFTERNOON (CPA ) Noon - 3pm 
Performances/films by current students, past performers, alumni and others (possibly YOU?**). FREE, lunch included, cash bar. Must RSVP.

**To sign up to perform or submit a film work, email Kate Abu-Absi at katherine.abu-absi@utoledo.edu  and she'll be in touch to assign you a time.

ON YOUR OWN  3-6:30pm Free time, go off on your own and re-visit your old haunts, see friends, etc.

PRE-DINNER COCKTAIL HOUR at the Toledo Club 6:30pm  (cash bar) Mix and mingle time before our main dinner and program. 

DINNER AT THE TOLEDO CLUB 7:30pm - join us for a sumptuous dinner with all the trimmings! $45/person - must RSVP and pay in advance.

AFTER-DINNER PROGRAM 8:30pm - ????  Acknowledgments, tributes, memories, tears & laughter – to be followed by dancing. (Free)

SUNDAY, September 21, 2014

BRUNCH AT THE TOLEDO CLUB 10am - Noon 
Optional, $20 - pay at the door

PIRATES OF PENZANCE, 2:30pm Toledo Rep Theatre, downtown Toledo.  A matinee performance of this production by the Toledo Repertoire Theatre. Tickets $15 - order when you register to get this discounted price. (Tickets normally $20)

EVENTS WITH A COST
PIRATES OF PENZANCE at the Toledo Rep, 2:30 p.m. Sunday, tickets $15. The Toledo Rep has blocked a group of seats for our group. Order when you register with us to get this discounted price.

DINNER AT THE TOLEDO CLUB - 7:30 p.m. Saturday night, $45/per person. Includes hors d' oeuvres, mixed greens salad, choice of 3 entrees (chicken piccata, potato encrusted whitefish, sweet potato lasagna), sides, dessert, coffee, tea. If you plan to skip the dinner, the program after the dinner begins at 8:30 p.m. 

WHO SHOULD COME? 
If you have ever played with us, you're welcome! If you studied and/or taught theatre, film and/or dance with us, acted in or helped on any production/film screening behind the scenes, and even you came to watch our shows no matter how far back or how recently - we'd love to have you join us for a weekend celebrating 50 fantastic years! Bring a guest - even if they've never been here.

Below are some basic details of the event, more info will come. More events and activities including film screenings are being added to what's below. Most things FREE, some have a cost -  choose to attend what suits you by clicking on the REGISTER NOW link at the bottom of this page.

WE NEED YOUR HELP TO FIND EVERYONE! After 50 years, many are scattered to the four winds and we don't want to leave anyone out. Also, when you register, you will have the chance to provide the contact info of anyone you want to make sure we invite.
