We believe that Victoria House, Cheam, should be demolished and replaced with modern homes and retail outlets.
Therefore, we call on Home Group and Ladbrokes to take proactive steps to ensure the demolition of Victoria House, Cheam, is undertaken without undue delay.
Victoria House has long been recognised as an eyesore. It blights the neighbourhood and makes the Cheam Crossroads area look derelict. There is overwhelming support for the regeneration of Victoria House and the adjoining shops, to provide modern purpose built new homes and retail outlets that people need and want.
