Stephanie Shelby, Manager, Global Operations at Publicis Media, has over 15 years of experience in marketing.  Her experience and expertise is quite broad and runs the spectrum from operations to campaign management to website redesign and everything in between.

A project manager at heart, Stephanie has been able to channel that skill set into executing marketing campaigns and developing marketing strategies for companies of all sizes; from GM and Facebook to Hydrow and First Republic Bank, catering to each with different goals and values.

“The diversity of my job is something I love,” Stephanie says.  “I get to see all kinds of things and watch the companies I am helping achieve their goals. And if they don't, it's fun to help them adjust their goals to fit their needs a little better.”

While her experience tends to lean more towards the corporations, Stephanie has always had a passion for small business and has been able to use her skillset to help her own side business, Homegrown Floral & Event Design, and those of my friends and community, including consulting for the Rainbow Connection children's charity in Rochester.

Though she has strong ties to Milford, Stephanie currently lives in Rochester with her husband Rob, her children Eddie and Josie, and her super sweet dog named Patti.
