Next Meeting

Hello Bulldogs! 

We are looking for a Treasurer for the 2025 - 2026 school year.  This is an important role for our PTO and one that is required by our bylaws. It might not be something you thought about doing, but hoping someone will step up to fill the role, because we NEED it! The current treasurer will help you with everything you need to know and she will be around - she's vice chair next year :)

Treasurer Responsibilities:

• Help develop budget with President and principal

• Collect fundraising money

• Write checks for purchases and reimbursements

• Track income and spending

• Make financial reports for meetings, etc.

• Create monthly PTO treasurer reports

• Reconcile checkbook

• Write checks when needed

• Make deposits in a timely fashion

• Present budget for approval to PTO

• File forms needs (990 - EZ for IRS status)

• Renew incorporation with the state

All meetings are held in the Westview library from 6-7:15pm.  All are welcome to attend (including kids)!
