Parent/Guardian Drop Off and Pick Up: Water Spring Middle School
Parent or Guardian: please complete the following information for registering your hang tag for our new drop off and pick up procedures for Water Spring Middle School. Each parent that transports students will need a hang tag.  Hang tags will be given to students during lunch shifts once the form is completed.  For the safety of our students, if the hang tag is not displayed on the rearview mirror by Friday, January 21, you will not be authorized to enter the drop off/pick up area.
