Terms of use

Every cyclist needs to complete an Outdoor Health Questionnaire. This will be emailed to you at the time your booking is confirmed and must be returned by email or handed to one of our members of staff before your session. You only need to complete a form once, so if you are already on the Cycling Projects database we won't send you the form.
