
Award-winning author Kimberly Brouillette is pleased to present her exciting paranormal mystery thrillers in The Monastery Murders series. By late 2020, Kimberly anticipates releasing her first non-fiction book, "Lost in the Looking Glass: A Family's Journey Through Schizophrenia & Suicide." This sad memoir is inspired by the loss of her youngest daughter to suicide after 4 1/2 years of battling paranoid schizophrenia. The book will not only contain a memoir of Kimberly's struggles as a parent to help her daughter, but also the many things she wishes she had known to help her daughter while still alive. Additionally, Kimberly lays out the various significant gaps in regard to mental healthcare treatment and related industries which need to be addressed through advocacy efforts and change in the system. Information on mental health resources will be included to assist those fighting their own mental health battles or helping a loved one. Kimberly earned her B.S. in earth science/geology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and her M.A. in Biblical Studies from Trinity Theological College & Seminary. She has been editor and contributing editor for numerous published books and has written many published articles for periodicals and Internet blogs.
