* Please read this section carefully before proceeding

(1) Registration Fee (only for students not enrolled in scholars programme)
Upon filling up this form, please make payment via:
(i) PayNow to UEN number 201203062W or
(ii) Bank transfer to OCBC Account No. 641-321120-001.
and send a screen shot of the transaction to info@youngdancersacademy.com.sg. Please include the student's name as reference and subject heading "2022 SCHOLARS AUDITION - student's name".
- Registration is only confirmed when payment is received and when the audition slot is confirmed.
- There will be no replacement audition or refund if the student misses the audition.
- There will be no prorating of fees and all fees paid are non-refundable.

(2) Audition Details
(i) Please ensure that your child is appropriately attired (in ballet leotard, tights and ballet shoes) with a neat bun for the auditions.
(ii) Registrants will be allocated a specific time for the audition between 530pm and 8pm on 27 August 2022.
(iii) YDA staff and management will ensure that the necessary safety measures and precautions (regular wipe-downs, sanitising of hands, safe-distancing, masks on etc) are taken.
(iv) Please bring wet wipes, and masks (you will be encouraged to wear your masks, however, if it is too strenuous an exercise, you may remove your masks) - applicable only for physical auditions

(3) Outcome of Audition
(i) Results of the audition will be out by the 2nd week of September
(ii) The new term of Scholars Programme will commence in October 2022.
(iii) Participation in the audition does not guarantee your child a spot in the Scholars Programme
(iv) YDA teachers reserve the right to decide on the number of students to be selected for the Scholars Programme
- Selection of students is based on the assessment of the child during the audition.
(v) Upon admission into the Scholars Programme, signing consent forms and payment of the course fees are required before the commencement of the Scholars Class.

(4) Publicity
(i) Photos might be taken and YDA reserves the rights to use these photos in digital or print for YDA’s publicity at no compensation to the individual.
(ii) Please inform YDA in writing if you not agreeable to (4).

(5) Safe Practice
(i) YDA teachers will advocate safe practices in the conducting of the classes. YDA teachers and staff will be indemnified from all liabilities including but not limited to any injuries, loss, and/or damages that may arise from the participating in the audition.
- Do inform YDA teachers of any prior injuries or limitations prior to the audition.
(ii) Necessary precautions will be taken to ensure that the necessary COVID-19 precautionary measures are taken prior to and during auditions. These include (and are not limited to) the taking of temperature, sanitisation of hands, safe-distancing and regular wipe-downs.
