Did you actually look at the pictures and see the structure? That's not concrete used. They're all coral-stone, so the mystery has not be solved. No one has yet figured out how Ed all by himself cut and lifted these huge blocks of coral-stone. If it had been concrete, no one would have given Coral Castle a second look, yet it's called the Eighth Wonder of the World.
I find it touching that Ed built this castle for his Sweet 16 who rejected him. From what I read online, she had not ever seen his work. Yet Ed has given the world a work of wonder to be admire for generations to come. Not only that he also gave us a 20th century mystery that will baffle scientists and engineers for generations to come. If anyone can figure out how Ed managed to lift these huge stone-coral blocks, that person can revolutionize the engineering industry and become a hero.
JuPMod The Sweet 16 referred here is not a GIRL it is a code. Dont always believe everything you read. If they let you know the code the you too would have the ability to do what Ed did.
that is true. did anyone think that ONE OF THE BURMUTA TRIANGLE END POINTS END EXTREMELY CLOSE TO CORAL CASTLE? its all about the earhts energy grid and intersecting points....
In Search Of... "The Castle of Secrets" hosted by Leonard Nimoy, Episode #112, Season 5. Part 1 of 3
Coral Castle in Homestead, Florida, is one of the most amazing structures ever built. In terms of accomplishment, it's been compared to Stonehenge, ancient Greek temples, and even the great pyramids of Egypt. It is amazing -- some even say miraculous -- because it was quarried, fashioned, transported, and constructed by one man: Edward Leedskalnin, a 5-ft. tall, 100-lb. Latvian immigrant.
