Programs kick off the first week of October!


1. YELP! - (weekly)
Fun semester long projects exploring topics of identity, leadership and community service!

2. Youth Allies Mentoring - (weekly)
Grow your communication, leadership, and organizing skills by creating your own community service event! High school mentors are matched with a middle school mentee and together they work towards crafting a community service event that they can share with others! Bonus: receive 6+ hours of community service!

3. Homework Help - (weekly)
Need support on a homework assignment? Just want a space to study together? Come join Homework Help on Tuesdays and get support through the coordination of volunteer tutors!

4. VA Day - (monthly)
Want to make some new friends? Join in on a fun day of games, challenges, & activities, and hangout with youth from across AALEAD VA programs!

5. College Admissions & Career Preparedness - (weekly)
Stressed out about post-high school graduation? No worries! Here you'll find small group support with college applications & essays, the search for scholarships, get a letter of recommendation, explore careers options and so much more!  

6. Youth Council - (weekly)
Calling all youth who want to develop their leadership skills AND be part of a fun team! Youth Council is an awesome team of AALEADers who participate on youth committee(s), plan events/workshops related to their interests, and represent AALEAD as Youth Ambassadors!
