Autumn Action Weekend 24 & 25 October 2015
Thank you for volunteering to help at this year's Autumn Action Weekend.  Please complete by WED 14 OCT as we need the time to work on the allocation of ROs and pre-book the required accommodation and food.

If you wish to support the weekend it is not essential that you are qualified as there are many tasks that need to be carried out on range.  The meeting runs Saturday and Sunday, with some ranges open on Friday to allow you to shoot your events.

This will assist us to place volunteers with competitions you are familiar with/prefer to work. Please indicate choices below, however, be prepared to help out on other ranges if required.

Accommodation
If you help out for a whole day we will provide a bed for one night, two days on range qualifies for two nights etc. If you are working on range for two days then we will provide a bed for the RO shooting day as well.

Accommodation requirements *
Bedded huts are basic: bedstead, mattress, two pillows and power. Toilets, showers and washing facilities are close by. Rooms and beds are always in short supply, with few single bedded rooms available. Choose the type of accommodation required and tick the box for the evening you require a bed. Caravans and tents are encouraged to relieve some of the pressure on hut requirements.

Meals
If you help out for a full day we will provide breakfast and lunch, two days on range qualifies for four meals etc.   If you are working on range for both Saturday and Sunday we will provide meals for the RO shooting day on Friday if required.

There is a checking system at mealtimes by way of a meal pass, which must be shown. We pay for all meals ordered so please only order the meals you are going to have.
