Bug when adding new characters?

The past few new characters I have tried to add are having problems. When I add a character to the system with team memberships listed, the memberships are added to that character's page however the character is not added to that teams page. Is this a known issue, or am I misunderstanding something?

Here are a few examples so you know what I mean, each one has a membership listed, but does not show up on that team's page:

Native - Weapon X

Isaiah Bradley - Weapon Plus

Old Lace - Runaways

I'll be gone for the next couple days, but would someone look into this for me?

The team is pre-existing. The character is new when this is happening. It occurs when selecting team affiliations attribute for a non-existing character.

I know what the problem is. I'll fix it when I get into the office after the holidays.
