Our mission is to organise holistic programs and activities to strengthen unity amongst students
Majlis Pelajar Pergas (MPP) is a student body which consists of students and alumni from Pergas Institute of Islamic Studies. Each year, we organise 4 main events,
- Hari Orientasi Pergas (HOPE),
- Adopted Charity (AC),
- Tadarus Qur'an (TQ),
- Da'i Camp
Each event is unique in its own, from night prayers and gatherings of knowledge, to painting houses, cycling with kids and orientation games...
And yet, through it all, we only strive for one: to embody the Prophetic character of generosity, kindness and love.
The specialty of Majlis Pelajar Pergas (MPP), is that we are constantly guided by our knowledgeable asaatizah, showing us the path of serving(khidmah) with their 'ilm and experience.
As the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) once said, "Verily, the scholars are the inheritors of the Prophets."
Beyond our weekly classes, MPP is the platform for us to collaborate, interact, outreach and get down on the earth to meet our fellow muslims, be it sisters, brothers, elders, children, to unite and love, just like how Rasulullah (peace and blessings be upon him) cared for his ummah, in his extraordinary and beautiful ways.
