Stanford Academic Accessibility Feedback
****RESPONSES ARE ANONYMOUS****

This is a form for students with both documented and undocumented disabilities to report on their experiences with different classes and professors. The main purpose of this survey is for students to share information about any type of inaccessibility they have experienced (e.g., with certain processors, classes, majors, etc.) so that other students can make informed decisions about their own education. We also hope that this information can be shared with the university to address issues of inaccessibility.

The only required question will be to give a class an accessibility "rating" based on your experience. Other questions related to potential accessibility concerns will also be listed if one wishes to report more details. This data will be published on a publicly available spreadsheet where students can search for professors and classes to see whether classes they're planning on taking are accessible (from a disability standpoint).

Currently, Stanford's official course feedback does not include any questions specifically for disabled students. Although there are many professors working to accommodate students with disabilities, many Stanford classes and professors continue to fall short and fail to ensure their classes are accessible to students with disabilities. The aim of this will be to both help students with disabilities in their class planning and to also hold professors/Stanford accountable for their failure to accommodate disabled students.
