Present in over 110 countries and territories and with over 60,000 members, AIESEC is the world's largest youth-run organization. Focused on providing a platform for youth leadership development, AIESEC offers young people the opportunity to participate in international internships, experience leadership and participate in a global learning environment.

AIESEC Provides two types of exchange programs: the Global Internship Program and the Global Community Development Program.
1. Global Internship Program (GIP) aims to develop the exchange participants professionally and enables them to specialize in certain fields of work such as Marketing/Advertising, Information Technology, Language Education and Teaching, and Business Administration.. A Global Internship is normally long term in nature and provides the participant an international professional experience with partner companies from different parts of the world.
2. Global Community Development Program (GCDP) provides a cross-cultural, personal developmental experience for exchange participants. These internships are related to working with NGOs, organization and schools in projects which are meant to have a positive impact on society. They consist of volunteer work and typically are in developing countries.
