This survey enables students to be eligible to travel with Baruch College to Albany, NY for the New York State Association of Black and Puerto Rican Legislators (NYSABPRL) Conference Weekend. We stay in Albany from Friday, February 14 until Monday, February 17, 2014. All hotel, transportation, and food expenses are covered as part of the trip.
If you want to learn more about social and political issues in New York or your local community, then Conference Weekend is ideal for you. As part of the weekend, students attend special workshops, networking events and parties featuring city and state legislators. This gives students the opportunity to network with prominent politicians and learn about local, city and state politics in a direct and effective way.
