Alpha Show Society Trade Space Application
All trade exhibitors must meet the terms and conditions of the Alpha Show Society which can be viewed here: https://www.alphashowsociety.com/trade-exhibitors 

Our show will be held on Wednesday 21st of May 2025. Trade Sites are expected to be set up by 9am and stay until 5pm on this day (you are welcome to stay later if you would like to).  Trade sites and food vans are also welcome to set up on Tuesday afternoon. A gold coin donation to our local Mens Shed is required on entry to the showgrounds on Wednesday.

* Food vans must be available for Wednesday night trade or your application will not be accepted.
Alpha Show Society will be following all QCAS and State COVID protocols for the show.

Payment can be made at the end of the application form or if required an invoice can be sent.
