ALL VENDORS must submit photos and description of goods with application.  ----- Please email photos of your products and booth with any additional info to boisehempfest420@gmail.com ------- FOOD VENDORS must submit a FULL MENU, including prices and copies of ALL applicable licenses. in addition to photos and description, with their application. All menus will be approved as submitted prior to acceptance. No changes to menu or pricing will be allowed after acceptance. (This includes any and all items featured on “Special” menu boards). There is no guarantee of exclusiveness on food items, although every effort will be made to avoid repetition. ALL FOOD TRUCKS must submit a photo & dimensions of their truck. NO CONSUMABLE CANNABIS (EXCLUDING CBD) PRODUCTS OR SMOKING PARAPHERNALIA ALLOWED - Vendors are liable for any violations of state law. Breech of this agreement will result in exclusion from future events.

Beginning at 7pm the night of April 17th, 2020 - $100.00 fee to be paid with vendor fee *vendors are responsible for the security of their own items over night *separate overnight parking permit required for vehicles/trailers

LIMIT ONE PLUG PER VENDOR *$100 electrical fee to be paid with vendor fee

*$50 fee per canopy to be paid with vendor fee. MAX 2 - vendors are responsible for BFD weight requirements and return of Canopy at the end of the event.

*$25 fee per table (includes 2 chairs) to be paid with vendor fee. MAX 2 per Vendor - vendors are responsible for return of items at the end of the event.

By submitting this application to Boise Hempfest, you agree to pay the non-refundable application fee for consideration of your acceptance as a Vendor. IF ACCEPTED - you commit to the requirements of a Boise Hempfest vendor, commit to the event as a vendor; and agree to submit applicable vendor fees (IN FULL) upon approval of the application.  DO NOT SUBMIT APPLICATION IF YOU ARE NOT COMMITTED TO THE DATE. **REFUND POLICY- If the event is postponed - vendors may choose between 50% refund or moving forward to the new date. In the event of forced cancellation - vendors will receive 75% refund. **THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR VENDOR CANCELLATIONS AFTER 1/1/2020. Vendor fees are due by 4/1/2020. Late fees will be applied after this date. Failure to timely submit vendor fees will result in exclusion from the festival, and future festivals. All vendors will be required to complete a vendor contract and follow all laws of the State of Idaho, including Tax Commission, Central District Health, and City of Boise requirements. Submission of this application constitutes agreement with all the provisions addressed within the application.
