Vacation Bible School Sign Up
Please use this form to sign up for Vacation Bible School at Arden Hills Church. Our theme is "Rescued: Safe in Jesus". Our program will run July 19-23, 2021 at 6:00-7:30 pm. If you sign up by July 2, your child will get a T-Shirt.

By submitting this form, I, parent or guardian, do not hold liable Arden Hills Church, their staff, or their volunteers for any accident involving the child listed below. I grant permission for pictures taken at this event (for slideshow, etc.) to include my child. In case of an emergency, this child listed above may be treated by medical personnel.
