APICS Tampa Bay invites all local supply chain, operations management, transportation and logistics professionals to our "Supply Chain Management" workshop on Friday, February 19, 2016 from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM at the Upper Tampa Bay Chamber of Commerce, 101 West State Street, Oldsmar, FL 34677.

This one-day workshop is structured to provide an interactive environment to discuss “Supply Chain Management” and its evolution.

Participants will leave the workshop with an understanding of the following:

• Career opportunities within Supply Chain
• APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification

Gerald L. Kilty, CFPIM, CIRM, CSCP is President and founder (1992) of Quality Management Solutions, Inc. (QMS), a consulting and education firm located in Clearwater, Florida.  QMS concentrates on providing companies Operations Management education and specializes in providing practical applications of that education within companies through process improvement.  Jerry has the unique qualification of having been responsible for both the financial and physical elements of inventory.  He has plenty of practical solutions and loves to teach.  Key areas of focus are:

He has conducted numerous workshops, presented at many organization’s professional development sessions and nine APICS international conferences.

Jerry has a BS degree in Accounting from Ball State University and is recognized by APICS as Certified Fellow in Production and Inventory Managemment (CFPIM) Certified in Integrated Resource Management (CIRM) and Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP).
