    The tactics, strategies, and methods in this book just work. Plain and simple.

    Mark is a great communicator and storyteller. He does a good job relating to the audience with personal stories while breaking down the process of building an accountability team into bite-sized chunks.

    For me personally, I saw a positive effect almost immediately after reading Mark's book. I was able to source an accountability team from the relationships I already had and we agreed upon mutual accountability markers for each other. The payoff was immediate. I wanted to stop chasing "shiny objects" and focus on writing a children's nursery rhyme book. After months of inaction, I have 6 of 20 poems completed and found a way to work writing into my daily routine.

    I have had the pleasure of living this accountability approach and it works. As a solopreneur, it became painfully obvious that I needed to work with a team of individuals who could help me stay accountable for my intentions for the day, week, month, and ultimately the year. I have read and practiced or attempted to practice many of the habit-based books to shape my behaviors. But, I never seemed to stay the course - chasing a squirrel as soon as a new version appeared. This book will provide a very easy-to-adopt approach. One that I believe will help the reader to stick with over time.
