Awards Challenge
On Sunday, February 24th, 2019, Hollywood will come together to celebrate the Academy's picks for bests in the film industry. We challenge our students to think critically and make their best predictions in a team for a chance to win Warner Brothers studio tour tickets and bragging rights! This challenge is not sponsored by or affiliated with the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. Step 1.
Form a team of 3 students who are each in DIFFERENT academic departments (Acting, Animation, Cinematography, Documentary, Game Design, Filmmaking, Film & Media, Photography, Producing, Screenwriting).
Step 2.
Review the nominee list (https://oscar.go.com/nominees), and submit one ballot (this online form) for your team of 3 before Sunday, February 24th at 5pm.
Step 3.
Await an announcement from studentlife.la@nyfa.edu to see if your team won by submitting the most accurate predictions, and claim your prize of 3 Warner Brothers Studio Tour tickets!
