BlurbNation Rewards - Reporting Sales of Books Through Client Accounts
Use this form to report titles uploaded and sold through a client account (as opposed to your own Blurb account) so sales of these titles qualify toward your BlurbNation Rewards sales total.

Important notes:

*We hope to have a simpler way to track sales on all books you've created before too long, so thanks for your patience in the meantime.
*Sales must be reported before the last day of each quarter for them to qualify.
*Report each version of a title separately.
*All fields are required.

Your Blurb user name *
This is your unique Blurb user name (not your client's)
Your client's Blurb user name *
This is the user name of the Blurb account to which you uploaded the title
Book title *
The exact title of the book you are reporting. Submit all individual titles separately (including revisions of the same book that sold at least one copy).
Book ID number *
This is the unique number that shows in the web address when looking at the book's detailed page in the Blurb bookstore. For example, the "312932" in http://www.blurb.com/bookstore/detail/312932. (This is not the same as an order number.)
