| Building Tomorrows 5K Run/2-Mile Walk: |
Now in it's 16th year, this event is a community cornerstone! It is hosted by and proudly supports The Arc of Essex County (see below).
The 5K course is held entirely within Brookdale Park primarily on park pathways with no traffic. The route is enjoyably scenic and shaded. You will have access to water twice on your run and be able to check your mile splits on our digital display clocks. USATF certified and offering 500 USATF-NJ Grand Prix points.
The 2-Mile Walk is also held entirely in the park and is traffic free. A picturesque walk in the park to support a great organization. |

5K or 2M entry by 4/10 - $23
5K - USATF-NJ members by 4/10 - $20
5K or 2M entry on event day - $25 (cash or check)
2M Family Rate by 4/10 - $40 (unlimited family members, includes 2 shirts)

*All pre-registered participants will receive a Building Tomorrows Moisture Wicking Tech T-shirt. Shirts will be offered to event day registrants while supplies last. Please make sure to mail paper entry forms by 4/4 to ensure we received them before the pre-registration deadline. We can only accept cash or check on event day. |

Event is held entirely within beautiful Brookdale Park.
ChronoTrack B-Tag scoring will be provided for the 5K by and results available at www.Compuscore.com. Awards to top 3 overall m/f and top 3 in each age group: 14 & under through 85 & over (5 year groupings).
Commemorative tech tee included with registration!
Prizes for the top fundraisers.
Random giveaways raffled to participants at the awards ceremony!

Founded in 1947, The Arc of Essex County is the area’s largest provider of programs and services to individuals with Autism, Down Syndrome and other intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. Over 1,500 people rely on our services and supports to help them reach new goals, learn new skills and live fuller, more integrated lives within their communities.
We serve individuals from birth through their senior years through 44 unique programs and services including early intervention, pre-school and early childhood education for infants and children; recreation and respite programs for all ages and residential living and daily vocational, social and educational programs for adults.

From GSP Southbound Take Exit 151, make a right off exit toward Bloomfield-Montclair, onto Watchung Ave., proceed .07 miles, park entrance is on the right.
