Thank you for your interest in Camp L.E.A.D. ( Leadership Education, Adventure Driven) leadership camp for Siskiyou County incoming high school freshmen.

Application Due Date:
Completed application with 2 reference forms are due by 8:00 P.M. Friday, May 10th, 2024

Directions:
-Complete the application below.
-Must complete the application in one sitting.
-A good tip would be to prepare short answers in a different document and paste them in.
-IMPORTANT - Application must be filled out by the applicant. Any applications filled out by parents will be disqualified.
-Have your reference Visit www.siskiyouymca.org/camp-lead to complete camper reference form.

At least one reference must be from a teacher or school administrator. The other reference can be from a family friend who is not related and has known your for at least 2 years.

This is a fully funded camp that is funded by The Ford Family Foundation. Given that, this is a competitive application process. Although we would love to except all campers, we cannot do so due to logistical issues with transportation, raft permits, and campsite size.
