Caregiving: Up Close And Personal
Once again Easterseals is partnering with the Division of Services for Aging and Adults with Physical Disabilities to bring you our 9th annual Caregiver Conference - this is the only conference in Delaware focused specifically on family caregivers!
With this year's theme of "Caregiving: Up Close and Personal", attendees will learn from our speakers - some of whom are or have been caregivers themselves - tools that will help you in your caregiving role. You will also get to meet and connect with other caregiver attendees and visit with the many exhibitors that have information to help you in all aspects of caregiving.
With the generous support of Highmark Delaware, we are excited to introduce this year's Keynote Speaker: Jennifer FitzPatrick, MSW, LCSW-C, CSP. Ms. FitzPatrick is the founder of Jenerations Health Education, Inc (https://jenerationshealth.com/) and author of Cruising Through Caregiving: Reducing The Stress of Caring For Your Loved One.

The conference will be held at the Embassy Suites in Newark on August 28th from 8:30am to 2:30pm. Traveling from downstate?
