Description

One-STEM's seminar series in Spanish invites faculty from around the country to present their research and personal background...entirely in their native language. Welcoming scientists from an array of institutions including UC Berkeley, Stanford, UCSF, and Yale, the series provides a unique way to hear from leading scientists who come from a diverse array of backgrounds.

This month we invite you to join us at Stanford University for a seminar (in Spanish) by Dr. Carlos Bustamante, a leading population geneticist, director of Stanford's "Center for Computational, Human, and Evolutionary Genomics", and recent recipient of the MacArthur Fellowship.

Food will be provided after the event. Seating is limited so an RSVP is requested.
