Cleanse Your Life Meditation
This is a group class which involves Reiki Healing, Ho'oponopono and Sound Bath Meditation.

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing modality which utilizes the use of Universal Life Energy. It's intended to heal and align your energy centers to help you in manifest a balanced and abundant life.

Ho'oponopono is a Hawaiian prayer composed of four powerful statements: I love you, I'm sorry, Please forgive me, Thank you.

With the help of high frequency tools such as a Celtic harp, crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, we create a safe space for healing and release. We raise the vibrations of the body through Sound Bath Meditation to close the year with gratitude and welcome the New Year with a light heart.

About the Facilitators
Kimi Lu
In 2010, Kimi Lu went to San Diego, California, and trained at the Bennet Stellar University to be licensed as a Certified Master Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner, Neuro-Linguistic Hypnotherapy Life Coach, and Reiki Master Practitioner. She was then initiated with “Angels” at the Spiritual Unfoldment Network in Manhattan, New York City. In 2012, Kimi upgraded her practice by learning BioDynamic Breathwork with Urban Breath New York, practiced Meditation at The Art of Living Center New York, and trained to become a StoryTeller at The Story Studio New York. In 2017, she then took another certification course, John Maxwell’s Success Blueprint in Singapore to expand and strengthen her corporate services. Last 2018, she went to London UK and have successfully completed the NIA Technique White Belt Intensive Training Course! She is now integrating the Art of Sensation with all of the workshops she's co-creating with other individuals with different expertise for self-discovery, self-healing, and self-mastery. She loves helping people find their purpose in life. Kimi has so much faith in positivity and how it can improve everyone's life.
Miqo Dionisio
Miqo Dionisio is primarily an artist who utilizes channeling and intuition in his craft.  Using both, he conducts energy clearing and sound bath meditations with the use of instruments that produce high frequency vibrations such as crystal singing bowls, Celtic harp, tuning forks and energy bar chimes. In his intuitive healing sessions, he employs Light Language to transmit messages for consciousness ascension and infuses Reiki healing - an ancient Japanese healing technique of laying down hands to transmute energies into light. His channeled readings aim to help his clients in their practical every day life. An Access Bars© Practitioner, his energy is focused on Consciousness expansion and awareness.
