This survey is run by the University of Birmingham, UK, an academic participant in the Codex Sinaiticus project. By providing information in this form, you consent to its use by members of the Codex Sinaiticus project to demonstrate the impact of the electronic edition and inform any further development. Quotations from responses will be anonymous unless explicit permission is given at the end of the questionnaire.
