The matter was sorted out on the spot itself as the opposite party slowly realized my rights and my awareness of them

I neither had the time nor money to pursue it further

I felt it was too trivial a matter for me to waste my time or money on it

I felt that if i needed to pursue it further, it would mean courts and forums and i do not have any faith in the Indian Judicial System that i will get justice

I complained to the authorities but never received any response

I complained and got the thing sorted by way of compensation,replacement,repairs,etc.

I never came to know as to how to follow it up even though i tried my best
