STOP! It is important to view the CPHS Events Calendar to ensure there are not previously planned conflicts during your Student Org. event time. As a general rule, no more than two student organizations should host programming at the same time. If there are already two events on the calendar, please look for an alternate date or explore collaborating with the existing event(s).

IN ORDER TO RESERVE A ROOM IN CLINE, HI OR OTHER CAMPUS BUILDINGS, PLEASE REQUEST YOUR RESERVATION THROUGH THE VIRTUAL EMS ROOM SCHEDULER ON MYDRAKE.

Will you be serving or selling food items during your event from a vendor other than Sodexo? (Providing pizza, selling donuts, serving coffee/tea, etc.)?

If you are not ordering through Sodexo and plan to spend more than $60, you must complete the Waiver of Exclusivity for Food Services for the
Student Life Center.
The form should be completed by the sponsoring organization and submitted to student.life@drake.edu to approve as the Requester/Budget Manager. Once approved, the form must be submitted to Brett Lindaman in Sodexo Dining Services in the lower level of Olmsted Center.
