Application for membership

To be completed by the applicant, who must be proposed and seconded by members of the Club.  The Club shall contact the proposer and seconder to confirm that they have proposed and seconded your application and to vouch for your suitability as a member.

By completing this application form it is understood that you will be making the following declaration:

'I hereby declare that I am supportive of the aims and objectives of the Conservative & Unionist Party, willing to be elected a member of the Club and to abide by the rules and the by-laws thereof upon the faith of this my declaration.  In the event of my failing to abide by the rules of the Club or if my views and actions are, in the opinion of the Committee, inconsistent with this declaration, I agree that my membership shall at once cease and determine.'
