- Reviewed in the United States on June 2, 2012To say that this photographer is skilled is like saying fish know how to swim. Artistically and technically, only exquisiteness is shown. The images of two guys "embracing" I did not that much favor -- but they were also superbly done -- this is just my opinion -- maybe I am to "straight" laced. Anyway, I am happy to have this book.
What is amazing is that the set ups -- that is to say poses and backgrounds are extremely simple. "Simple" here is a synonym for superb -- anyway I adore simplicity and so does Nature. Notice that there are only two sexes and two numbers in computers.
This book is definitely worth buying. The only thing I did not like and this goes for all photo books is when an image spans two pages and there is a break in the middle -- there are just of few of those images. I am still trying to get used to the idea that "erection shots" are art: anyway "they" are normal and guys and their partners are not happy when they do no occur when appropriate.
It is always a delight to experience something that is superbly done!
- Reviewed in the United States on December 4, 2011Dylan Rosser's new book, "Naked", is a beautifully designed and printed book of his newest male nudes. This collection of images is well-conceived and there is not a "weak" photo in the book.
Rosser is foremost a portraitist: it all starts with the eyes.
But with his selection of amazingly-proportioned men enhanced by his masterful lighting, the combination produces images with several levels of sculptural eroticism.
It's no surprise that, after 2 weeks receiving my copy from Amazon, it is sold-out!
I highly recommend purchasing this excellent work by a young yet mature artist.
- Reviewed in the United States on December 6, 2012Dylan Rosser has produced an amazing collection of images showing the male form at its finest. The men are strong and athletic, set against minimalist backgrounds. In this way Rosser distinguishes this collection from many other works, where backdrops and props are used to project a certain image – here, the finer details of the body are front and centre. There is a very strong sense of masculinity that flows from each page.
I initially took issue with some of the images, as the men are frequently presented with full erections. However, Rosser has managed to ensure that the images are posed naturally, and the obvious arousal is not taken as explicit pornography. It is often a very fine line, but I think Rosser manages to portray men in this context as both beautiful and masculine, true to their nature. I expected it to be a decent coffee table book (like those by Paul Freeman) but I don’t think I’ll be leaving it out – it is visually impressive, but I'm not sure everyone would appreciate these images the same way.
An excellent book overall, a welcome addition to my bookshelf.
- Reviewed in the United States on March 19, 2014this is the second photo book that I ordered from Dylan Rosser and I'm just as pleased . A great photographer, beautiful men, amazing lighting. a great addition to my collection.
- Reviewed in the United States on December 4, 2011Each photo in this book has a wonderful pair of characteristics: utter simplicity and intense eroticism. Rosser's ability to create the former and to elicit the latter from his models is amazing. No disappointments here, quite the contrary.
- Reviewed in the United States on September 20, 2012Based on all the positive reviews for this book, I decided to take a chance and purchased it... The book is published by Bruno Gmunder and they always do a great job with the craftsmanship and printing of the book. However the subject matter wasn't all that great in my opinion. The models didn't appeal to me much and the images seem too soft and lack contrast. The cover is probably the best photo in the book.
- Reviewed in the United States on January 24, 2012Not only is this book beautifully bound, it is filled with beautiful photographs of some of the most handsome and athletic men I have seen in a book of this sort. The images really convey the beauty and masculinity of the human form.
- Reviewed in the United States on February 18, 2013The men pictured in this book are some of the most beautiful I have seen. Such high resolution pictures and nice poses. Although, there is one page where the picture seems to have a few white spots on it. Not sure if it was a problem when printing this book but it kind of ruined the one picture. I would still purchase this book.

5.0 out of 5 stars Naked - Love it.
Like always, I love looking on pictures of nakes men and their beautiful sculpted bodies. It not like their are my fantasy, but I can really appreciate the art in it all. My boyfriend and soulmate for life is tall and slim, not like any of these models. To me he is hot, the real deal and I love him. The artist "Dylan Rosser", really knows his work and what his is looking for out of his subjects. Very good size book and more over value for money.

1.0 out of 5 stars Volgarità gratuita
Pensavo di avere a che fare con dei nudi artistici, visti i nomi degli autori, ma qua si parla di soft porno, e nemmeno tanto soft. Diciamo piuttosto che è volgarità allo stato puro. Un'indecenza

4.0 out of 5 stars A great book, love the photos
A great book, love the photos, I know some of the guys so maybe I would like it any way. The layout of the books does feel small, I would of liked it to be a bit bigger and to see boarders around some of the photos. I love Dylan Rossers work.
