Cancellation/Late Policy

Here at Dynamic Beauty Spa and Wax we understand things happen. You may cancel 24 hours in advance. Your deposit will be applied to your next service if booked within 5 days. Appointments canceled under 24 hours deposit is forfeited and full payment is due for your next visit. Any appointments after 5 days will need another deposit previous deposit will be forfeited. Grace period 10 minutes. After 10 minutes  there will be a $15 fee applied to your service. After 20 minutes your appointment will be canceled with no refund. Remember Beauties being late cuts into your service time. See you on time.
