Welcome to AALEAD!  We are living in unprecedented times but what will emerge from the chaos?

If the customs and traditions of past America are breaking down, what are we rebuilding in its place? This year, our theme is Rebuild where we will undergo a personal journey of self, community, solidarity, transformation, and hope. Join us as we answer these questions, think critically about our world, and realize the untapped potential within ourselves to change our future.  Let's build together!

Fun semester long projects exploring topics of identity, leadership and community service!

Youth Allies Mentoring - (weekly)
Grow your communication and leadership skills! High school mentors are matched with a middle school mentee and together they work towards crafting a leadership project that they can share with others!

Homework Help - (weekly)
Need support on a homework assignment? Just want a space to study together? Come join Homework Help on Fridays to get support through the coordination of volunteer tutors!

VA Day - (monthly)
Want to make some new friends? Join in on a fun day of games, challenges, & activities, and hangout with youth from across AALEAD VA programs!
