Do you manage employees on a farm?  Do you need help recruiting and retaining good workers?  This survey will help prioritize  educational programs and tools to improve farm labor management skills and decision-making.  Please share your own strengths and challenges to help us design impactful training program. 

The survey length will vary by your farm role and responsibilities. The longest it should take to complete is 25 minutes. Once you start the survey, please do try to complete it at that time.
