Fiona's raising money for the Trussell Trust

The Trussell Trust doesn't only support a nationwide network of food banks and provide emergency food and support to people locked in poverty - they also campaign for change to end the need for food banks in the UK.
2020 was been a terrible year for people in poverty and more and more people are using foodbanks.
The Trussell Trust forecasts a 61% increase in food parcels needed across its UK network in October to December – six parcels given out every minute. During the start of the pandemic around half of people who used a food bank had never needed one before.
The two ways i'm raising money are:
i've walked 3 miles a day on my local riverside walk, every single day for a whole year from 2nd April 2020 - and every time I hit a target of 100, 300, 500 or 1000 miles I announced it and asked people to support it.
I'm running free Zoom skills training workshops for anyone who wants to upskill for all sorts of contexts - I'm not charging but am inviting people to donate to the Trussell Trust. Content is specific for the audience but includes setting up breakout rooms, security, meeting registration and reports, Zoom games, special sound settings for musicians and whatever else people want.
