The last few years have seen plans to build a Greenway along the Wharfe Valley build momentum. Whilst there is still a lot of work to do before plans to build the Greenway can be turned into reality, we are keen to think about how people can safely access the Greenway. To do this, we're keen to build a picture of the places that people would like to see having safe connections to and from the Greenway. This could be a favourite local business, a school, your home, or a green space along the route. We'll use your responses to this survey to promote the creation and signage of safe routes from the Wharfedale Greenway to key locations along the valley.

Who we are:
The Friends of Wharfedale Greenway was set up to raise awareness and support of the proposed Wharfedale Greenway. The Friends of Wharfedale Greenway are separate to the Wharfedale Greenway Steering Group, which is responsible for developing plans for the Greenway and is made up of Town and Parish Councils along the route, alongside Bradford MDC, Leeds City Council, West Yorkshire Combined Authority, and Sustrans, custodian of the National Cycling Network. Keeping your data safe
The responses you provide will be stored in our Google Drive. We will anonymise all data before sharing it. At the end of this survey you will be asked whether you wish to receive updates or sign up to our mailing list. If you do this we will store your email address in a separate database which will not be linked to your responses. If you do not sign up for updates we will not retain your personal details after the survey closes.
